Sweaty palms and hands are the most common sweat related complaints according to the number of monthly Google and Yahoo searches. Luckily for both you and me(I have had sweaty palms since puberty), there are plenty of things you can do to really curve your amount of sweat production, especially in the hands.

Things you can do without buying products:

  • Drink plenty of fluids – When your body temperature rises, so does the amount of sweat your body produces. By drinking plenty of water, your body is able to cool itself internally. However, a lack of water means a higher body temperature, and an increase in sweat production shortly after.
  • Are you nervous, stressed, or depressed? Sweating palms are usually a symptom of emotional distress. For example, if you are really nervous and at the edge of your seat, an emotional response will trigger the sweat production in your hands. The same goes if you are under a lot of long term stress or depression. Increase sweat is a very natural bodily response in situations like this. So in order to reduce the sweat, you need to reduce the stress!

Need a more powerful solution?

  • Try Aluminum Chloride Paint – You can usually fine this at your local grocery store or pharmacy. You can also buy it online – just search for ‘buy aluminum chloride’ on your favorite search engine. This stuff really works, and works on most people.

Fortunately there are ton more of cures where these come from. Simply check the link in my resource box below for some great ways to reduce your sweat levels.
